There are three main groups whose purpose is to provide counsel to the pastor. They are the Finance Committee, the Buildings and Grounds Committee, and Parish Council. Finance Committee and Buildings and Grounds Committee are men and women of the parish who have special skills and experiences in the areas they are advising. They are appointed by the pastor with no formal term of office.

Parish Council on the other hand, is elected by the parish to advise the Pastor on matters of the parish, physical, social or spiritual.
