There are three main groups whose purpose is to provide counsel to the pastor. They are the Parish Council, Finance Committee and The Buildings and Grounds Committee. Finance and Buildings and Grounds are men and women of the parish who have special skills and experiences in the areas they are advising. They are appointed by the pastor with no formal term of office. They usually meet once a month from September through June.
Parish Council on the other hand, is elected by the parish to advise the Pastor on matters of the parish, physical, social or spiritual. All committees are comprised of men and women of a solid moral fiber who live the Catholic faith on a daily basis. If you have an interest in serving on any of these committees, please contact the Pastor.
